Welcome to Designocreative. By accessing or using our website, services, or digital products, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
1. General
  • Designocreative (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides creative and digital solutions to clients worldwide.
  • By working with us, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.

 

2. Revisions & Turnaround
  • Revisions are included based on your selected package. Additional revisions beyond the package may incur extra costs.
  • Standard turnaround time is 48–72 business hours per design iteration. Rush delivery may be available upon request.

 

3. Payments
  • All projects must be paid in accordance with the agreed pricing and timeline.
  • Late or failed payments may result in project delays or suspension.

 

4. Refunds
  • Refund requests will only be considered if the project has not been finalized or substantially completed.
  • Refunds are not applicable once final files are delivered or major project stages are approved.
  • Certain fees, such as administrative costs, third-party integrations, and hosting/domain charges, are non-refundable.

 

5. Ownership & Rights
  • Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the final approved deliverables.
  • All drafts, revisions, and unapproved concepts remain the property of Designocreative.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Confidentiality
  • Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
  • We will never share client details or project files with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
  • Designocreative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales, rankings, engagement) from creative work.

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Illinois.
